Oil painting

General Details Classes are held regularly every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (11am to 1pm), Saturday and Sunday (3pm to 5pm) throughout the year except for 2 two week breaks which will be notified in our Newsletter. There is no fixed batch and age limit, all students are in different stages of learning and can join and leave at any time they wish.. The fee structure is specially designed to convenience the student, they pay only for the classes they attend. Fees for children (except for oil painting) is Rs.800/- for the first ten classes which should be used up within one year. Older students will have to pay Rs.1000/- for the first ten classes and after this, depending on the subject chosen, the student has the option of continuing by paying Rs.800/- for the next ten classes and so on or can continue by doing piecework. Charges for Oilpainting, Fabric, Pastels and Charcoal basics is Rs.1000/- and could take more or less than 10 classes. Piecework will depend on the size and type of painting chosen. Click on the blue button for details on how to reach our place. Materials: All materials will have to be brought by the student for subjects in the list which are marked by an asterisk. In the others, the material cost will be included in the fees as there is no basic course in those subjects. A list of materials should be taken at the time of admission and the student should purchase them. Work done here will belong to the students and they can take the finished paintings home. Framing of students pictures is done here for their convenience at reasonable cost. Canvas boards and stretched canvases also are available in different fixed sizes and orders can be placed for non-standard sizes. Students should mark their articles used here to avoid mix-ups and are also requested to take care of their personal belongings. Note: A photograph of student will be taken on admission.
