The following materials are available at Bhaskar Art Centre, Ashoka Market, Avenue Road, Bangalore. (Opp. Indian Bank, near Banaras Sweet Centre). Some of the material will not be available here and should be brought from other sources.

| Paper stumps of different sizes | Erasers, one hard and one soft |
| Small paper plate or flat cardboard box with lid for use as a palette | Thick cotton cloth to spread the shadow |
| Apron to protect clothing | A good pair of scissors |
